YOGA FOR RUNNERS

Whether you want to run a marathon or around the block this yoga class will get you race ready.  Learn practices from Tara Comer that will stabilize, strengthen, stretch, and restore your body and mind.  Tara is a Registered Yoga Teacher, USA Triathlon coach, and Triathelete.

This customized class for runners focuses on FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH and BALANCE. Progressively working from the ground up,beginning with your foundation - the feet, moving to hams and hips, core strength, spine integrity, and syncing breath with movement.

Decrease muscle stiffness and increase range of motion while reducing the risk of injury.
