Now for some really refreshing news!

Affordable Yoga at Breathing Time is Affordable Health Care

By Karen Lee

I recently found that 5 area yoga studios are charging an average $14 to enroll in their classes and most of them charge for mat rental and water bringing the fees up another $2 to $4. Egads! $18 for a yoga class?

At Breathing Time Yoga we are proud to be the friendliest yoga studio in town providing you with FREE spring water and hot water for tea (yes we provide the cups and the tea too!) as well as complimentary mat and prop use. Also free? We offer welcoming smiles, and the good company of other yoga students.

Breathing Time Yoga has created workshops that are affordable and let you start where you are! We have custom designed yoga classes that meet your unique needs, from Yoga for Runners, to Early Morning Yoga, and Hot Vinyasa. You can take yoga with us for as little as $11 a class by making a commitment to take 8 classes in 8 weeks.

But wait, you say you are phobic about commitments? OK, we've got you covered there as well. For those who want flexibility and affordability we offer a 16-class card for $184 (the math would make that, let's see, $11.50 a class!)

We give you 3 months to use your 16 classes. At these rates you can afford to take care of yourself the way you should and come to yoga several times a week.

Now it might be cheaper to do your yoga at the gym -- but do you really care for the atmopshere - noisy, competitive and a perhaps a bit smelly?

Breathing Time Yoga offers a gorgeous exposed brick and beam authentic mill loft with two yoga rooms: The Sunset Room and The Sunrise Room as well as a warm and welcoming reception room to relax before and after class while you browse our library or enjoy that cup of tea we offered you when you came in.

Now finally, you are thinking, what about the teachers? All of our teachers are fully qualified, and committed to their own continuing education. Two of our teachers are Yoga Therapists, with over 1000 hours of training, we have 3 teachers with Masters Degrees, one PhD, and one certified Triathalon coach. A number of our teachers are studying for their advanced Yoga Teacher 500 hour registration, and all of them practice and study yoga on an ongoing basis.

The question is not how do we do it? The question is why do we do it? Breathing Time Yoga believes that yoga should be part of your affordable health care. It's that simple, really. We're here to help you be healthy in body, mind and spirit.
