Chris Belanger, RYT Laughter Yoga Chris Belanger completed his Yoga Teacher Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, MA. He is also a Laughter Yoga Leader & Chair Yoga instructor and is a member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association (K.Y.T.A.) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. Chris looks to yoga as a form of exploration - encouraging students to embrace their experience – body, breath, mind, movement and the moment - while inviting individuals to develope their unique interpretation and expression of yoga. Chris and his wife Karen spend their free time playing with cats, observing wherever they happen to be and devouring vegan food.
Christy Chase, MAT Christy is the mother of two boys, and feels the presence of yoga as a welcome oasis in a busy life. As a school teacher, she works hard to meet the individual needs of her students, and carries that practice in her yoga teaching. She loves teaching in the beautiful space at Breathing Time Yoga, and does so with integrity and humor.
Christy has been studying Iyengar yoga since 1993. Christy is grateful for her teachers: Suzanne Newton, whom she credits with starting her yogic journey; Linda DiCarlo, her skilled teacher in Cranston; senior teacher Patricia Walden, under whom she studied for her first level of Iyengar certification, and with whom she studies weekly; and finally, her students, who teach her every week.
Tara S. Comer, RYT-200, USAT Triathlon Coach Tara has practiced Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga extensively for six years prior to obtaining her RYT200 certification through Spirit Tree Yoga. Tara is also a USAT Certified Triathlon Coach and seeks a blend of athleticism and spirituality through her practice.
Tara has created and taught workshops on Yoga for Runners and Post-Race Yoga for Triathletes, developed a Yoga class for teens with MS, and teaches Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. Tara embraces the principle of service to one's community, and her practice is an evolving demonstration of that belief.

Elaine (Laney) Kenner, RYT-200 "Finding the words to describe what yoga has done for me on a spiritual, emotional, physical and mental level can only be described as transformational.” Laney received her 200 hour yoga teacher training at All That Matters. Continuing her own studies as a yoga teacher/student is a priority, as Laney feels it is the only way to keep her own teaching techniques fresh and interesting. Laney is also working towards her Level II Certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork.
Karen Lee, RYT-500, MAT, Yoga Therapist As director of Breathing Time Yoga, Karen is dedicated to creating a space for holistic healing through yoga, movement, and meditation. Karen is an educator, teaching the students what they need to know to practice and how to match the practices to their unique needs and interests.
Karen has been studying Viniyoga since 1994. She has studied extensively with Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute (AVI), and is an AVI Yoga Teacher (500-hr) and AVI Certified Yoga Therapist. Karen also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from RISD. Karen is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, where you may view a full profile of her experience, training, philosophy and publications.

Lora LoPiccolo, CYT-200 Lora LoPiccolo is an energetic and fun-loving wife and mother to three beautiful children. Her teaching style is dynamic and supportive, yet disciplined. She brings her perspective as a woman living in the real world to every aspect of her philosophy and style of yoga instruction.
Lora has studied with Yin Yoga practitioner Paul Grilley, Taoist Yoga Master Paulie Zink, Restorative Yoga teacher and physical therapist Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., P.T., and completed her 200 hour training with Ellen Schaeffer and the Integrative Yoga Therapy program. She continues to further her yoga studies on a regular basis, and offers this knowledge to her students through her real world perspective.
Lora frequently volunteers her time and knowledge to many organizations, including elementary schools, recreation departments, teen groups, libraries and healthcare groups. So please don't hesitate to contact her if you have questions about her speaking to, or working with, your organization.
Tori Smith, RYT-200 A wife and mother, she understands the challenges of including a spiritual practice in a busy life. In addition to yoga, her practice includes hanging out with her family and friends, playing with her dogs, and singing. Tori welcomes students who seek peace of mind, health and fitness, and an appreciation of the deeper dimensions of yoga.
Tori has been practicing various yogic disciplines since 1974. She studied Iyengar yoga for nine years with Suzanne Newton, a senior student of Patricia Walden. Her present teacher since 2004 is Linda DiCarlo, who also studies with Patricia Walden as well as the Iyengars. Tori teaches at Brown University, holds a Ph.D. in Spanish, and occasionally offers private sessions in Spanish. Aggie Stewart, RYT-500 Aggie finds the practice of yoga a centering and grounding experience that supports her other career as a freelance writer and editor. She earned her 200-hour certification in 2007 and has recently completed her 500-hour certification with Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute (AVI). Currently she is in AVI's yoga therapy training program.
