You know it’s time for you to get in shape.  Here at Breathing Time Yoga we’ve taken all of the excuses out of the formula, now you can take care of yourself the way you want to. These classes are one hour, and won’t eat up your day, and you can fit 3 classes in a week (our recommended minimum for getting back in shape). The classes balance out your workout with a different theme each day that create the ideal components of restoring fitness at any age, but especially for mid-life: Strength, flexibility and balance.

Angela has been studying yoga since 2001. She has explored many different yoga styles, but has carried the principles of Viniyoga with her from the beginning. Her beginner classes help students gain a solid foundation for breath and movement, teaching students how to benefit not only physically, but emotionally and mentally.

Her Continuing Viniyoga and Lunch Hour classes provide students the opportunity to deepen their practice in a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. Angela encourages her students to maintain a lighthearted approach to their practice, while still developing a more intimate understanding of their bodies and themselves.
