Breathing Time Yoga Offers Vinyasa Yoga: Viniyoga Chakra Vinyasa

Breathing Time Yoga Introduces

Viniyoga Chakra Vinyasa

Come enjoy our special infrared heated yoga studio, and let the sun-like heat gently warm your body as you bask in this unique radiant heat studio.

Viniyoga Chakra Vinyasa features creative flow sequences that will focus your practice on your chakras -- the vital energy centers of the physical and energetic bodies. Seven themes weave in and out of the classes -- your instructor will create a new experience for you each week.

Muladhara Chakra:pelvic floor and lower body strength, balance and exploration of your ability to stand on your own two feet, knowing you belong here.
Svadisthana Chakra:core strength, forward bending and fluid movement, will get in touch with your creative juices and your sexual energies. Let it flow!
Manipura Chakra: Build some heat with deeper twists, firing up your practice with internal heat as you discover your power of personal transformation.
Anahata Chakra: Open your heart with back bends that will inspire your sense of connection in the universal mutuality of relationship.
Vishudhi Chakra: Find your voice by using sound in your practice to open the body to the deeper energetic resonances.
Ajna Chakra: Come inward with meditative focus on the inner realms of intuition and insight as we slow it down to intensify the deeper experience of yoga.
Shahasra Chakra: Open your connection to the universal intelligence and find inspiration as you turn yourself upside down, empty out "you" to find your "Self".

Viniyoga Chakra Vinyasa offers an approach to Vinyasa that will allow you to access the depths of yoga, while still getting a strong work out. Mindful awareness of breath/movement will take your practice deeper than you ever dreamed possible.

Breathing Time Yoga Offers Vinyasa Yoga: Heated Vinyasa

Build Strength, Endurance and Confidence

Heated Vinyasa

Warm Vinyasa with Linda Tuesdays 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM
Heated Viniyoga Vinyasa with Beth Tuesdays 5:45 PM -7:00 PM
Heated Prana Flow Yoga with Tara Thursdays 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Vinyasa Yoga is a practice where movement is synchronized with breath for a transformative and balancing effect. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around variations of surya namaskar (sun salutations)

Synchronize your breath with movement in this vigorous class, integrating a slower deeper rhythmic breath to focus, and create a deeper more focused practice. The warm room helps to relax the muscles, aiding your stretch. Watch as your body become stronger and more limber and your mind becomes more relaxed and revitalized. This class will sustain and support you through everyday stress. Viniyoga Vinyasa incorporates creative flows and sequencing that prepare and compensate for the more challenging poses, so you feel ready for the challenge of your practice, and completely comfortable at the end of class. Physically building strength and stability, energetically radiating from your center, and mindfully practicing from the core of your being. Fun, challenging, informative, this class will invigorate you!

The best way to practice yoga is regularly and frequently. At Breathing Time we want to make Vinyasa an affordable option. When you purchase our Best Rate: 8 Classes in 8 Weeks for $88.00, we offer a very reasonable rate in return for your commitment to your practice.
