Coming Spring 2012

This exciting 8-week run program is for first timers and beginners to get healthy, get fit, and run or walk a fun 5K.   You will start in the studio for a class on running essentials followed by a run or walk on Blackstone Blvd.  Each class will focus on a theme to help you reach your goal: Pacing, Functional Warm-ups, Post-run Stretch, Intuitive Running Form, Nutrition, Core Strength and Breath Practices for Increasing Lung Capacity. The interactive nature of group training allows for a pressure free forum to share information and to support and encourage each other.

Early Registration: $116 is available one week before the start of class by registering over the phone (401) 421-9876, or in person at the studio.
Rate for Unlimited Yoga Pass Holders: $80

Enrollment Cancellation Policy: 100% before the first class, 50% before the second class. No refund thereafter

Tara S. Comer

E-RYT-200, USAT Triathlon Coach

Tara Comer, E-RYT 200, is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach and yoga teacher. She has been an endurance athlete for over 15 years and a practicing yogini for over a decade.

Tara is known for her inspiring and creative teaching and coaching style that uses a mindful and holistic approach to serve her athletes and students.  Tara’s practice marries her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to a spiritual presence- tapping into the power and grace of the body-mind connection.

Tara continues to strengthen her practice as a student and teacher as she practices and collaborates with innovative teachers around the country. She is currently pursuing a 500hr certification through Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow program and an advanced certification through USAT.
