    Babies love it. Moms love it too – strengthening core abdominal muscles and regaining their center. Learn fun exercise and play songs that will make your baby giggle. Dads with their babies are welcome as well. Class ends with a little massage for baby and some centering time.

    Your baby should be at least 4 -6 weeks old to participate, and they may continue until the begin crawling. Mom needs to be feeling ready, and if there were any complications of delivery, have the green light from her physician.

    Begin your day by spending 75 minutes toning your body, increasing your flexibility and releasing your stress! This one hour and 15 minute class is appropriate for beginners to more advanced students of yoga, and is the perfect way to "work in" your yoga practice for the day. Tuesdays class will focus on alignment instruction, while the Thursday class will incorporate the poses into a flowing sequence. You can attend one or the other, but we recommend taking both for a more well rounded experience.
