Spring Cleanse

Spring cleaning for the body,
mind, and spirit!
Spring is considered a transitional season, and as such a perfect time to help the body and mind transition. Clean out the stagnant energy from a long winter and clean out the body as well. The yoga practices will focus on breath techniques that burn off toxins and excess, leading up to bandha work. Bandhas are body locks that deeply cleanse the body physically and energetically. 6 week series with Aggie Stewart, RYT 500
