Do babies enjoy exercising with their parents? Yes! Let them show you. Starting with simple warm-ups and stretches for mom or dad, the class moves into great exercises for mom that give baby a ride play a little peek-a-boo. Babies love it. Moms love it too – strengthening core abdominal muscles and regaining their center. Dads with their babies are welcome as well. Class ends with a little massage for baby and some centering time.
