LifeForce Yoga to Manage Your Mood

LIFEFORCE YOGA
to Manage Your Mood

with Karen Lee

LifeForce Yoga is a practice of spacious compassion. Learning to accept ourselves with kindness as we are, gives us the ground on which to take steps forward. The practice is adapted to the student, so each one will learn the tools that lead to a more balanced and positive emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and self-awareness.

Learn to manage your mood through a series of effective breathing practices, simple yoga postures, and guided meditation techniques. Refresh and renew, taking home practical skills to maintain a sense of soothing calm and radiant well being

Eighty percent of people experiencing depression also experience some form of anxiety. LifeForce Yoga offers specific practices to balance both spectrums, giving students practical take-home tools to address the range of moods.

This workshop will run again.
