Erik began practicing yoga in the Bikram style. He still enjoys a challenging heated or vigorous flowing class, but also finds great therapeutic value in a quieter gentler yin or restorative practice. Erik credits Yoga as a fundamental part of his own emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. He brings to his classes the desire to help others on their own personal journeys toward holistic wellness. Erik graduated from Viniyoga New England teacher training in April 2011
