Each student will have a private consultation with Jessica Albernaz, to determine which techniques you should be using to bring balance into your system. Consultations will be scheduled from 1:00 - 1:30 PM and 2:30 - 3:00 PM. Knowing your mood imbalance will guide you selecting a pranayama & yoga course that will restore you to balance. These courses, Soothe Anxiety, Calm Agitation, and Lift Lethargy are separate courses (see below)

Jessica Albernaz

Jessica Albernaz, M.S., C.A.C.

Jessica Albernaz owns and operates Aermid Ayurveda where she offers one on one consultations on achieving health and balance.   Jessica is a certified Ayurvedic Consultant practicing in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.  A graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, she studied under numerous gifted teachers including Dr. Sunil Joshi, Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Partap Chauhan, and Dr. David Frawley.  In addition, she completed further training in India, studying Vedic philosophy and psychology under Dr. Satya Narayana Dasa, director of the Jiva Institute.  A former aerospace engineer, Jessica worked for 10 years on a variety of projects in industry prior to discovering Ayurveda.  Growing out of her love for yoga, in Ayurveda she has found the path to Holistic wellness she had been seeking.  Jessica is delighted to now apply her analytical skills to help others achieve natural, balanced health in Mind, Body, and Spirit
