Yoga is great way to relax and rejuvenate and now you can do it at Breathing Time Yoga, a sanctuary for health, healing and beyond. Community yoga is an affordable class for beginning students.

Community Yoga is committed to creating a peaceful, safe, nurturing environment where all people are honored and inspired to practice yoga. The intention for this class is to celebrate, and help students, grow together as a community, on and off the mat.

The classes will be taught in a Hatha Yoga style with the focus on breath, body awareness, and easy gentle yoga poses.

Toni Lynn welcomes all to community yoga.

$5.00 per class + 1 canned good
Fridays 6:00 - 7:15pm

About Toni Lynn Bonadie

When Toni Lynn Bonadie started practicing yoga in 2001, she found a new way of life.
Born and raised in Providence, Toni Lynn struggled for years with weight loss, and an unhealthy lifestyle. She turned to fitness as a way to improve her health. But it wasn’t until trying out yoga that Toni Lynn saw even greater benefits: increased flexibility, stress relief, and improved general wellness.
Unable to afford yoga classes, she purchased a CD and began practicing on her own at home. Her passion for yoga earned her a Diversity Scholarship to pursue a teaching certification in yoga instruction by the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2004.
Of Cape Verdean descent, Toni Lynn has seen first-hand the challenges that many people face to obtain better fitness and health services. Her mission is to help people who may not have access to yoga.
