Your Home for 40 Days to Transformation
You know how great it feels after a yoga class. What if you could have that great feeling every day?

This program features 40 days of unlimited yoga classes at Breathing
Time Yoga and a weekly support group on Wednesday evenings lead by yoga
teachers, nutritional experts and meditation teachers.
Weekly support groups will be held Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm. These support groups will give you the tools and support to:
- Eat well: recommendation will be provided
- Meditate: instruction and guidance will be provided
- Develop mindfulness skills
- Answer your questions about yoga
- Do yoga six days a week, at the studio, at home, or elsewhere.
This is a revolutionary program that will change your life: unlimited yoga and the support you need to create a personal retreat, with a community of others. Challenge yourself to improve your health and well being. Old patterns
and habits take 21 days to change, and it takes the same amount of time
