This program features 40 days of unlimited yoga classes at Breathing Time Yoga and a weekly support group on Wednesday evenings lead by yoga teachers, nutritional experts and meditation teachers.

Weekly support groups will be held Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm.  These support groups will give you the tools and support to:
  • Eat well: recommendation will be provided
  • Meditate: instruction and guidance will be provided
  • Develop mindfulness skills
  • Answer your questions about yoga
  • Do yoga six days a week, at the studio, at home, or elsewhere.

This is a revolutionary program that will change your life:  unlimited yoga and the  support you need to create a personal retreat, with a community of others. Challenge yourself to improve your health and well being.  Old patterns and habits take 21 days to change, and it takes the same amount of time to establish new patterns.  Commit to 40 days of yoga, eating healthy, and meditating regularly, so you can feel great
